This guide explains how to connect any webhook-based form to Google Sheets using Outfunnel, so every form submission automatically creates a new row in your spreadsheet. This integration works with any form tool or platform that supports outbound webhooks.
How to connect Webhook Forms to Google Sheets
1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select Webhook Forms as the source and Google Sheets as the destination.
2. Authenticate Google Sheets via OAuth.
3. Copy the webhook URL provided by Outfunnel. Add this URL as the webhook endpoint in your form tool or platform. Submit a test form entry so Outfunnel can detect the available fields.
4. Select your spreadsheet and sheet where form submissions should be recorded. Column headers should already exist before mapping.
5. Map the fields. Once Outfunnel has received a test submission, the form fields will be available to map to your sheet columns. Email is required as a minimum. If a column is missing, add it to the sheet first then click "Refresh list".
6. Activate the connection. Submit another test entry to confirm a new row appears in your spreadsheet.
