Following Pipedrive's acquisition of Outfunnel, we're focusing our product entirely on the Pipedrive ecosystem. As a result, we're making two changes:
We're ending support for all CRMs other than Pipedrive.
We're sunsetting the Outfunnel email marketing tool for all customers, including Pipedrive users.
Everything else for Pipedrive users stays the same: the app connector, lead scoring and web tracking will keep working as normal.

If you use a CRM other than Pipedrive
Your subscription
Your Outfunnel subscription will end automatically on your end date. You don't need to cancel manually, but you can cancel any time before that date.
Any remaining pre-paid, unused subscription balance will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Your data
Outfunnel syncs data between your CRM and your other tools, so your synced contacts and activity already live in the apps you connected. There's nothing separate to export.
If you use web tracking, you can export your web visitor feed before your end date.
If you use Outfunnel campaigns you can export email campaign statistics and email content before your end date.
Data will be deleted from our systems after your subscription ends within 30 days.
Alternatives
If you'd like to keep syncing your marketing tools with your CRM, check whether your CRM has a native integration with your marketing tool. For custom workflows, look at automation tools like Zapier.
If you use Pipedrive and the email marketing tool
Over the last four years our focus has been on connecting sales and marketing apps, and we haven't actively developed the email marketing tool. It will keep working until November 1, 2026, giving you time to move to a more fit-for-purpose solution.
Your options
Pipedrive Campaigns works well for simple one-off emails and sequences, tightly integrated with Pipedrive.
Outfunnel plus a dedicated email tool such as Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo suits more advanced email marketing.
Your subscription
If you only use the email marketing tool, your subscription will be cancelled automatically on November 1, 2026, and any pre-paid, unused credits will be refunded. You can also cancel before that date.
If you also use other Outfunnel features (app connector, web tracking, lead scoring), those keep working as normal. Only the email tool is affected, but you may want to switch to a plan that better fits your needs.
Exporting your email data
You can export your campaign statistics and email content any time before November 1, 2026. After that, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you retrieve it.
