With Outfunnel you can automatically stop a sequence when a prospect opens, clicks or replies to an email. This can be useful for example when you are sending a follow-up campaign and would like to stop the sequence when the prospect replies.

How to set it up

  1. Open the sequence campaign youโ€™d like to set it up for or create a new sequence

  2. Navigate to the settings of the sequence campaign and look for the Sequence delivery section. From there just enable open, click, and/or reply-based campaign stopping.

Open and click triggers work immediately. To enable the reply trigger please set up reply tracking.

A couple of things to keep in mind

๐Ÿ’ก Only real replies are counted. Out-of-office emails are automatically excluded and do not count as a reply.
๐Ÿ’ก Settings apply in real-time. If you've activated the sequence without the conditions and come back to it later to enable for example click-based stopping, then Outfunnel will not send out any further emails to contacts that have clicked on any of your previous emails in this sequence and they are removed from the queue.
