Outfunnel's App connector makes it easy to create deep data connections between your sales and marketing tools. When you set up a connection, Outfunnel starts syncing engagements to your CRM from any new emails that are sent from the selected list but you can also sync engagements from the last 30-days. Older engagements are available on demand.
Syncing historical marketing engagement (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.) helps you get up and running faster and gives sales more context.

How to sync engagements from the last 30 days?
Set up an engagement sync with Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign under App connector
Choose the list and how you would like to record engagements
Click on Activate
You will be prompted to sync engagements from the last 30 days. Choose this option and click on Activate again.
Depending on the number of events it may take up to 30 minutes to sync these over. Note that if a contact does not exist in your CRM, Outfunnel will create the contact for you based on the field mapping you set up in the connection.
Sync engagements that are older than 30 days
Make a request for a historical engagement sync via the order form.
Make sure that you are on a paid plan via the billing page.
Our customer support team will confirm your order and once the payment is made, the historical sync will be completed by our team.
