Outfunnel's App connector makes it easy to create deep data connections between your sales and marketing tools. When you set up a connection, the marketing engagements will be immediately synced over to the CRM. Historical engagement sync is available on demand.

What you'll need to order a historical engagement sync?

  1. Once you’ve signed up to an Outfunnel account, go to Outfunnel > App connector, select your CRM and email tool, authenticate the apps, and click on Create connection. The historical sync is based on an existing connection and the rules set by you for the engagement recording.

  2. Make a request for a historical engagement sync via the order form.

  3. Make sure that you are on a paid plan via the billing page. Historical engagement sync is not available for trial users.

  4. Our customer support team will confirm your order and once the payment is made, the historical sync will be completed by our team.
