Outfunnel’s main pricing unit is Active Users. A user is counted as an Active User if any of the following is true for the given billing period:

  • An event was synced for the contacts

  • Contact properties were updated in the CRM

Note that each unique user is counted once per billing period, regardless of how many of the above are true. For example, when two events are synced for a contact and their name was updated then they still count as a single Active User.

The Active Users counter resets each billing period.

Where can I see how many Active Users I have?

We have also made it easy for you to see just how many Active Users you have and which actions they have been part of. You can find the total number of Active Users for the current billing period under the Usage section in Billing inside the app.
