As Outfunnel syncs data to CRMs as an activity you can easily create a filter in HubSpot on the specific activity types. This filter would then serve as a call or check list for hot leads that the sales rep can check periodically.

You could even create workflows based on the activities to update fields, start sequences and more.

How to setup an activity based call list

For example, you could create a filter of all the contacts that clicked on clicked on a specific campaign. Based on your sales processes you could then follow-up with them or add them to an automation campaign.

This approach is also a great way to find leads who have been dormant for a long time but have now shown engagement.

Step by step guide

  1. In HubSpot, create a new contact based list

  2. Add a new filter and then choose Outfunnel

  3. Search for the desired event. In this case I've chosen email click
    ​

  4. You can now filter further based on Details, Header and Occurred. In this example, I'd just like to see all the clicks that have been made in the past month.

  5. Review the list and then hit save. We recommend making it a dynamic list.
