Does Outfunnel comply with GDPR?
Yes, our service is GDPR compliant. Our servers are hosted in EU and we’ve put a lot of thought and effort into keeping it safe.
We don’t unnecessarily gather or process data, and we don’t gather or use data without explicit consent.
We expect our customers to also be GDPR compliant.
What data does Outfunnel store?
Outfunnel stores two main types of data:
Account data — your login details, billing information, and workspace settings.
Connected app(s) entities - entity fields like contacts, organizations, leads, deals, marketing engagement events and form submissions that sync between your connected apps.
Deleting data
Deleting specific data
If you need to remove data for individual people — for example, to fulfil a GDPR erasure ("right to be forgotten") request simply delete this entity from your connected app.
This will then get deleted from Outfunnel within 30 days.
Deleting your entire account
To permanently delete your Outfunnel account and all the data associated with it please reach out via in-app chat or via support@outfunnel.com
What happens after deletion
Deleted data is removed from your workspace and backups within 30 days
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
