You're probably dying to start sending out campaigns right away, but before you do that you'll need to:
Define your recipients
Authenticate your domain
Define your campaign recipients in your CRM or import a .csv file with contacts.
Outfunnel uses your CRM - Pipedrive, HubSpot or Copper - as the main database. It's where all your campaign recipient lists get pulled from and all the engagement data gets recorded to. If you don't use a CRM, you can also import contacts via .csv file. Read more.
Before diving in and launching your first email campaign, it's a good idea to spend a little bit of time setting up your CRM contacts so they can be used as segments in Outfunnel. If you are importing contacts to Outfunnel directly, we also recommend double-checking all of that data.
For example, in Pipedrive you would create a filter for customers who you've not spoken to in more than 3 days, then that would appear as a recipient list in Outfunnel.
Similarly, in Copper, you can use contact tags, lead status, and contact type to define your list of recipients.
In HubSpot, you can use lists to define your recipients
If you've imported contacts via a .csv file, these immediately appear as segments in Outfunnel.

Authenticate your domain (optional, but highly recommended)ย
We recommend that you verify your domain so that email providers and clients can be confident it was sent by us with your permission. This improves deliverability rates and helps to get your email past spam filters.ย
