Outfunnel sends an automatic notification email to the main email associated with your account when your account has used 80% and 100% of the plan limits.
Accounts that hit the limits may get auto-upgraded based on the type of data and connections on your account (ie if some data cannot be replayed later then an upgrade will be triggered).
If you'd like to stop the contact sync, engagement sync, web tracking and lead scoring and not upgrade once you reach the account limits please reach out to our Support team. Once the sync pauses all new data will be dropped which will cause gaps in your data that cannot be replayed 😕
