You might find yourself in a situation where your CRM contacts have different owners. With the default email campaign settings you can only assign a single sender per campaign which means you'd need to set up a campaign per owner (given that you want the email to come from the contact owner).

With dynamic sending Outfunnel can replace the campaign "from email" and "from name" with the contact owner's data from your CRM so you'd only need to create and send a single campaign.

To set it up just enable Dynamic sender option under the sequence campaign or single campaign settings stage.

Once you send out the campaign, Outfunnel will automatically replace the "from email" and "from name" with the contact owner's data from your CRM.

A couple of things to keep in mind

💡 Ensure that your CRM contact owner's email is from the same domain. If the contact owner's email domain is different from what you registered an Outfunnel account with the system will not use the contact owner's details as the sender and will instead default to the contact details of the person who integrated Outfunnel to your CRM.

💡 Pipedrive contact owner email change is not yet supported. Please reach out to our support at support@outfunnel.com if you have changed the contact owner's email address in Pipedrive. This change is not yet pulled in automatically.

Please note that this only refers to the email address change of the contact owner and not the email address of the contact or the owner change of the contact.
