Sync LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions to Monday.com as new items

This guide explains how to connect LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to Monday.com using Outfunnel, so every lead form submission automatically creates a new item in your Monday.com board.

How to connect LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to Monday.com

1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms as the source and Monday.com as the destination.

2. Authenticate your apps. Connect your LinkedIn account and select the LinkedIn page and campaign to use. Then authenticate Monday.com via OAuth.

3. Select the lead form you want to track. If the form does not appear, click "Refresh fields".

4. Choose your Monday.com board and group where new items should be created.

5. Map the fields. Map your LinkedIn lead form fields to Monday.com columns. Email is required as a minimum. If a column does not yet exist in Monday.com, create it first then click "Refresh list".

6. Activate the connection. Submit a test lead to confirm the item appears in Monday.com.
