This guide explains how to connect Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, or Elementor Forms to Monday.com using Outfunnel, so every form submission automatically creates a new item in your Monday.com board.

How to connect WordPress Forms to Monday.com
1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select your WordPress form type as the source and Monday.com as the destination.
2. Authenticate your apps. Authenticate Monday.com via OAuth. Then follow the on-screen instructions to install the Outfunnel WordPress plugin, add your tracking ID, account email, and API key, and activate the plugin. Where to find the API key β
3. Select the form you want to track. If the form does not appear, submit a test entry and click "Refresh fields".
4. Choose your Monday.com board and group where new items should be created.
5. Map the fields. Map your form fields to Monday.com columns. Email is required as a minimum. If a column does not yet exist in Monday.com, create it first then click "Refresh list".
6. Activate the connection. Submit a test form entry to confirm the item appears in Monday.com within a few seconds.
