This guide explains how to connect Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, or Elementor Forms to ActiveCampaign using Outfunnel, so every form submission automatically creates a contact and adds them to a list in ActiveCampaign.

How to connect WordPress Forms to ActiveCampaign
1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select your WordPress form type as the source and ActiveCampaign as the destination.
2. Authenticate your apps. Authenticate ActiveCampaign with your API URL and key. Then follow the on-screen instructions to install the Outfunnel WordPress plugin, add your tracking ID, account email, and API key, and activate the plugin. Where to find the API key β
3. Select the form you want to track. If the form does not appear, submit a test entry and click "Refresh fields".
4. Select your ActiveCampaign list where new contacts should be added.
5. Map the fields. Map your form fields to ActiveCampaign contact fields. Email is required as a minimum. First name and last name are recommended. If a custom field does not appear, create it in ActiveCampaign first then click "Refresh list".
6. Activate the connection. Submit a test form entry to confirm the contact appears in your ActiveCampaign list.
