This guide explains how to connect Wix Forms to Mailchimp using Outfunnel, so every Wix form submission automatically adds the contact as a subscriber in your Mailchimp audience.
How to connect Wix Forms to Mailchimp
1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select Wix Forms as the source and Mailchimp as the destination.
2. Authenticate your apps. For Wix, choose the site to connect. Then authenticate Mailchimp via OAuth.
3. Select the form you want to track. If the form does not appear, click "Refresh fields". If you still don't see it, ensure the right Wix site is connected.
4. Select your Mailchimp audience where new subscribers should be added.
5. Map the fields. Map your Wix form fields to Mailchimp fields. Email is required as a minimum. First name and last name are recommended. If a custom Mailchimp field does not appear, create it in Mailchimp first then click "Refresh list".
6. Activate the connection. Submit a test form entry to confirm the subscriber appears in your Mailchimp audience.
