This guide explains how to connect Webflow Forms to Mailchimp using Outfunnel, so every form submission automatically adds the contact as a subscriber in your Mailchimp audience.
How to connect Webflow Forms to Mailchimp
1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select Webflow Forms as the source and Mailchimp as the destination.
2. Authenticate your apps. Connect Webflow via OAuth and authenticate Mailchimp.
3. Select the form you want to track. If the form does not appear, submit a test entry and click "Refresh fields".
4. Select your Mailchimp audience where new subscribers should be added.
5. Map the fields. Map your Webflow form fields to Mailchimp fields. Email is required as a minimum. First name and last name are recommended. If a custom Mailchimp field does not appear, create it in Mailchimp first then click "Refresh list".
6. Activate the connection. Submit a test form entry to confirm the subscriber appears in your Mailchimp audience.
