This guide explains how to connect Calendly to Mailchimp using Outfunnel, so every new booking automatically adds the contact as a subscriber in your Mailchimp audience.
How to connect Calendly to Mailchimp
1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select Calendly as the source and Mailchimp as the destination.
2. Authenticate your apps. Connect Calendly and Mailchimp via OAuth.
3. Select the event type you want to track. You can create separate connections for different event types.
4. Select your Mailchimp audience where new subscribers should be added.
5. Map the fields. Map Calendly booking fields (name, email, etc.) to Mailchimp fields. Email is required as a minimum. If a custom Mailchimp field does not appear, create it in Mailchimp first then click "Refresh list".
6. Activate the connection. Create a test booking to confirm the subscriber appears in your Mailchimp audience.
