This guide explains how to connect Calendly to ActiveCampaign using Outfunnel, so every new booking automatically creates a contact and adds them to a list in ActiveCampaign.

1. Go to App Connector. Head to Outfunnel > App Connector and select Calendly as the source and ActiveCampaign as the destination.

2. Authenticate your apps. Connect Calendly via OAuth and authenticate ActiveCampaign with your API URL and key.

3. Select the event type you want to track. You can create separate connections for different event types.

4. Select your ActiveCampaign list where new contacts should be added.

5. Map the fields. Map Calendly booking fields (name, email, etc.) to ActiveCampaign contact fields. Email is required as a minimum. If a custom field does not appear, create it in ActiveCampaign first then click "Refresh list".

6. Activate the connection. Create a test booking to confirm the contact appears in your ActiveCampaign list.
